This is the official docs link for Azure and ServiceNow integraiton for SSO and USer provisioning.
But this does not mentioned how to import groups.
Is there any official link which talks about that?
PS - I saw many community posts but each post had different steps. Hence looking for official docs.
TQ!!

This page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/servicenow-provisioning-tutorial states in step 5 (11) that you can just select the groups in the mappings section.

Unfortunately, as of now, there is no official ServiceNow documentation that specifically talks about importing groups from Azure AD to ServiceNow. However, you can achieve this by using the LDAP integration or Azure AD Graph API. Here are the general steps:
1. Configure Azure AD integration with ServiceNow for SSO and User Provisioning as per the official documentation.
2. For importing groups, you can use the LDAP integration. Configure an LDAP server in ServiceNow to connect to your Azure AD.
3. Map the LDAP attributes to the ServiceNow attributes. Make sure to map the group attributes correctly.
4. Run the LDAP import to import the users and groups from Azure AD to ServiceNow.
Please note that these steps are a general guideline and might need to be adjusted based on your specific requirements and environment. Always test in a non-production instance before implementing in production.
