You didn’t mention if your PDI is down or unavailable. If that’s the case, there is no support available for PDI at the moment.
If you can wait, it might be best to do so for a bit longer. Alternatively, you can release this instance and start a new one, but be aware that you will lose your previous data. To prevent losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today reporting PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, it seems you may need to wait 1-2 days, and hopefully, the PDI will be back online soon.
