Hi Everyone, I need an urgent help. I am beginner here. I was working on a project and created a service portal in my developer instance. However just now, I got an email that your instance is clean and wiped out as requested. I have not requested anything. Upon checking my instance, Nothing was there. I lost all my work. Just want to know, Is there any way I can retrieve/restore my data and work back? I was working till yesterday. Don't know what happened now.
Also Pls share where can I report this, I want to get that back asap for my project. PLS HELP!!

Hi @MS1308 ,
there is no support available in relation to PDI support, so there is no where to report issues.
furthermore, if you haven’t developed solution through a scoped app and saved to git, or ensured to save work in update sets, then you’re out of luck - you need to start from scratch.

Thank you so much, I will keep that in mind now, had no idea. I was working on it on Sunday. It is showing under maintenance since yesterday, Is it normal? Should I wait for its availability? How much max time it takes?

Hi @MS1308 ,
Unfortunately nobody can say - Wait until you get tired of waiting. If you get tired you can release and request a new... but the timeframe of waiting time is unknown.

Hi, as AndersBGS indicated there is no option for recovery of PDI configuration if you have not backed it up yourself via a GIT repository or manual export of update-set(s). PDI's are a great resource\enabler for personal use but unlike commercial SNC instances they come with no support - not too surprising as they are completely free.
