If you are interested in integrating ServiceNow with a 3rd party software product and you already have a good knowledge of ServiceNow it would be helpful perhaps to gain knowledge about the 3rd party software.

Lotus Notes is the client software that servers/manipulates Lotus/Domino data, but all that data is also accessible from the web. ServiceNow implementation very much resembles Domino implementation for serving data over the web browsers in many ways as Domino server   can run numerous services such as ldap, smtp, pop3, http, https. It incorporates the latest web technologies such as TLS. You can use web-services to retrieve Domino data from the Domino server or using the Administrator Client   or the regular Notes client you can do a one time export of the data into an Excel format or comma delimited. The possibilities are endless so to better respond to your question, I would need to know what your objectives are.
