I have a query :
1. What is the functionality of made SLA.?
However i understood something made SLA means if we resolve particular INC within time period the made SLA should be true else if SLA breached then made sla will be false.
But we have facing a issue in my instance where made SLA is true even though the corresponding incident SLA has been breached.
Kindly suggest me on this .
