When we send mail from ServiceNow with an incorrect address, the mail delivery failure is not notified.
Is there any way we can identify mail delivery failure?

Failed delivery will get sent to System Mailboxes> Outbound> Failed (or Skipped).
You can create a business rule that watches for the right conditions and then takes appropriate action (perhaps send a notification to someone who CAN be reached or create an incident.)

Hi Chuck,
I too am seeing that issue, however the Outbox Skipped/Failed do not have anything, and the email sent logs shows it as processed (along with showing a sent email in the activity log of the record).
Could something have broken or changed with Istanbul?
Dave

No known issues with email sending in Istanbul as far as I know David.
