Hi All,
The mailto link in the approval email is not updating the approval request. When I click on the links it just opens a new tab in the browser but nothing happens.
Please help me in this.

if you are using outlook and then you need to change default program options.

Just send an email from your email account to your instance and check it.

If I reply manually to the approval email then it works fine. But clicking on the link doesnt.

Hi Prajakta,
Clicking on the approve link doesnot automatically approve the record in ServiceNOw. It has to be sent to ServiceNow manually.

Yes Mahira. But the link redirects me to a new tab instead of creating a draft email.

Clicking on link will draft an email , which when sent to instance the inbound action will be processed.
