mailto approve/reject links not working

Hi All,

The mailto link in the approval email is not updating the approval request. When I click on the links it just opens a new tab in the browser but nothing happens.

Please help me in this.

its not creating the draft email itself

if you are using outlook and then you need to change default program options.

Hi,

When you click on it. It should by default open your email client (Like : Outlook ) if you have on your system.

it is able to open out look you just need to send email.

if it is not working you need to check your "Email Templates"

to do it you just go to Email Template and search for "mailto" you will see all code.

for it.
