Hi,
We had our Mainframe DevOps create an SSH endpoint and use IntegrationHub to achieve this. A custom widget was made on the portal that generates a secure password that the user can see before submitting the form which will be the password set via the flow.

Hi
Did you use mid server to connect to SSH endpoint. If yes, how did you install mid server on mainframe ?

Yes a MID server is required in order to communicate inside the company network. A MID server isn't installed onto the M/F itself, it's a standalone windows host running the MID java application which will initiate the SSH connection and requests on behalf of ServiceNow.

Hi
I am unable to connect using SSH endpoint. How did you use the Mid Server ? Did you need to any special configuration on MidServer. The error message we are getting from mid server log is very generic and is not useful. Below is the error message.
Any help you can provide me will be highly appreciated.
