how to assign the "Maint" role to someone?

Hi Sakthi,

You cannot assign the maint role, or even use it for that matter. It is a special privilege that only SN has and its not given out to clients at all.

 If you need something done that only maint can, raise a hi ticket for that thing to be done and SN will do it.

Can you give me an example of what you are trying to achieve and what ACL is in the way?
