Can anyone please explain briefly about the " Maintenance windows and Changes" Module under the Change Application Menu.

What information exactly holds the windows and changes calendar and how it works.

There is an inactive module under Change > Administration > Schedule Page - named Maintenance Windows and Changes

This drives the information that shows.
