Notify field on incident form

Hi,

Can someone provide a definition of this field?   There are 3 options for this field and it looks like it defaults to Do Not Notify when an incident is created.

Is this new with Jarkarta?   I think it's causing users to not receive emails - we never had this issue before where a user wouldn't receive.

I've never had this field on my form so i can't say if it's new in Jakarta or not. If it's causing you problems why not just change the default value to 1 (send mail)?

Link Notify with the Twilio service should help.


Thanks Jaspal.   I thought it was the issue but it's not since user is getting sent notifications in our non-prod instance.
