Major Case / Major Case Information tab

I'm attempting to create a Major Case, but I'm not seeing the Major Case Information tab on the form. After changing the Case view to Major Case, I click on Create Major Case. As the form loads, I see the Major Case Information tab appear briefly, but then disappears once the form completes loading.

check if there is any Client script or UI policy 

OOB there is one

Hello!

Yes, I've looked for BR and UI Polices. I saw the Client Script you mention. I deactivated it, but still saw the same issue.

Hi @MStritt ,

there is UI policy 
the major case state of the case should be in proposed or accepted for that section to be visible

check this UI policy

see if there is anything else that's hiding it apart from the client script and the UI policy have shared

the client script runs and shows the major case information section only if you open the case in major case view 

these 2 installed OOB
