Can any one tell me how to do this I tried many times to add the child incident i checked docs as well no use

hi @Sid_Takali  yes I gone through this my issue was different i guess bcz my user able to see the incidents

Thanks for the responses issue resolved I terminated the instance and requested again, performed all dependent task later on I come to this task I added child incidents and validated result success.
