Make a specific Related List to be the default related list when the form loads

Hi Everyone,

So I would like to make a related list the default one when my form loads.

At this moment, the users open a ticket.  The default related list (the one visible) is arrow 1, but I want arrow #2 to be the default when the user opens a ticket or loads the ticket.

Also, I added a red box.. the box indicates that the tab is the one opened by default, and I would like to change that.

I went to List Layout, but I didn't find much there.

Could someone assist me, please?
