Hello,
Could you please help me with this scenario?
User are keep skipping filling out the Justification filed on the Standard Change Template. How can I make the justification mandatory? Thank you

Hi @Lisa Goldman,
Generally Standard changes are submitted via template or standard change request catalog item, so you need to check if this field is mandatory on template and catalog item/Record producer.
Secondly you want only to make this field mandatory on form level then you can create UI policy. follow the step
1. open change request right click and configure and select UI policy.
2. Configure condition to make mandatory only for standard change
3. Scroll down to Related list and click on new button and configure UI action as below.

Hi @Lisa Goldman ,
You can create an OnLoad UI policy for standard change n add justification as mandatory true under ui policy action.

Create Onload UI Policy in the only way? If so, could you please provide us with steps to create it. I have created an UI Policy in Catalog Item, but have never done it in Standard Change Request. Thank you
