Make Order Now button as hide/readonly in Service Portal from a user

I have a requirement that the User cannot submit the catalog item from Service Portal-> Make the Order Now button as Read Only for a specific catalog in Service Portal

Hi @Community Alums 

What is the use case to make it read only?OOTB, if all variable are not filled and user tried to submit will get an error message. You can rename order now for specific catalogs.

Thanks but I have made whenever I want to submit a request through Portal Catalog it is not allowing to submit the request(Please see the screenshot)

Whenever I am trying it through Service Portal, The request is being submitted.

But same thing whenever I am trying to order through Service Portal, it is ordering(Please find the below screenshot).

I want to make the red mark as Read only.

Yes I have clicked on Order Now,
I want to make the Order Now button as Read Only/ Hide from users.
Users only able to view the page but cannot place the Order , So the requirement is to make the Order Now button to Hide/Read only.
