Make the comment field mandatory in cab workbench

Please suggest me how  to make the comment field mandatory while approving from cab workbench

@Tharunalakshmi  In OOB, we have "Angular ng-templates" tagged to "CAB Workbench - Current Agenda Item" widget which calls the "Approve" and "Reject" operations.

Also, in OOB on the "Reject" modal you can see the below condition which is missing in "Approve" modal. Kindly modify the "cab-approve-pop" angular ng template to make the comments mandate.
