Making Fields Visible Under Conditions

I have created 4 fields for my Incident form but I only want them to be visible when a particular Subcategory is chosen.   How can I do this?   Is it a Business Rule?   A UI Policy?   Something else?

While I haven't used this in the Incident realm, I have in the Service Catalog and I am using UI policies.   I'm using those and UI policy actions to make fields appear if a certain item is selected. I'd imagine you could achieve the same results in Incidents as well

On my form, the field is called callback.     This was set up so that if the choice becomes yes then the phone_email field then appears.

You can use UI Policies.
