Manager is not able see one particular user in the form which is on esc portal

Manager is not able see one particular user in the form which is on esc portal while other users are visible.

I have checked all role & access.

Please provide the solution.

Hi Darshana,

We'll need a touch more info to provide a solution. Is this a catalog item? If so, is the field in question a reference field to the sys_user table? Does it have a reference qualifier? Does the catalog item use a reference qualifier?

As an example, the 'requested for' variable type will restrict the users who can be selected based on the access type of the item. Types of service catalog variables (servicenow.com)
