Mandatory attachment checked but no attachment

Hi, I created a catalog item and checked the "Mandatory attachment" button, but I don't have a place to add a attachment.

I want to add an attachment like here (found this in a youtube video). How can I do that?

The problem is that when I do it in my instance I don't have the attachment option
