Mandatory attachment checked but no attachment

Hi, I created a catalog item and checked the "Mandatory attachment" button, but I don't have a place to add a attachment. 

I want to add an attachment like here (found this in a youtube video). How can I do that?

I don't see any ACLS, and cache.do didn't work. When you tried it you had the attachment field?

try to untick the mandatory and save the record and then check once.

It doesn't show in all of my catalog items. I don't know whyyyy

Is this your PDI? may be better to reset , tough to find a reason, as it is very specific use case.
