hello,
I have a question regarding attachment visibility on a task created by submitting a service request.
Once this is done I can see it on a RITM as an activity:
but i would like to pass it also to the assignment group to fulfill their task. This is not visible neither on variables nor the activities.

Hi @dev_K ,
If you are using "Add Attachment" option available at the end of form it will add attachment only in activity.
You need to add attachment as variable in service request.
