I have table called 'Markets Requests' and these are the current related lists that appear:
I'm wanting to add another related list that creates a relationship between a Markets Request record and multiple CIs in the cmdb_ci table.
In a Scope called 'Markets', I've created a Many To Many Definition by stating the below:
This then creates my m2m table 'Markets requests Configuration Items':
However, when I go back to the 'Markets Requests' table and click on the 'Configure -> Related Lists' option, the m2m table 'Markets requests Configuration Items' is not appearing in the available options:
I was just wondering why the m2m table is not appearing in the available options. Is it related to cross scoping or is it something else?
Ideally, I'd like to be able to build relationships between a markets request and multiple configuration items, the same way the Affected CIs tab is set up on normal type Change records:

Hello @matthew_hughes
I did replicated same in my PDI with different scope as well, the difference is that you will see the relationship with field name actually instead of table name.
i.e you will see "Configuration Items" in related list in your request table and in cmdb_ci table, you will see relationship with name as Market requests.
Thank you,
Ali
