Mapping Integration subscription data to existing software models

Hi Everyone,

In my ServiceNow Tokyo instance, I've configured a Jira integration where subscription data is received and stored in the subscription table. However, I'm encountering an issue where a new software model is automatically generated even when a pre-existing software model has been manually created. Ideally, the system should map the data to the existing software model when one is already in place.

Anyone suggest me to resolve this issue, Thanks.
