Mark Label as Mandatory

Hi All,

I have one field type LABEL in catalog form in service portal, and it has been marked as mandatory with UI Policy action. But when we access the same catalog item from backend it is not appearing as mandatory ?

Any suggestion?

Hi @DEEPAK KUMAR SI 
Can you check whether the Applies to Target record is checked or not in UI policy?
If not then check and try.

UI policy only making any field mandatory only form level not on backend level.

For making any manadatory on backend level  please go with Data policy .

After label field does it contain any checkbox field or any other field ? if so could you please share the snippet of ui policy and label field in the form .
