Hello All,
We have combined our KB to only a few catagories which means we have around 700 articles that need to be moved into these new catagory. is there a way to Mass move all of these articles from one category to another?
See Screenshot.. i thought I would be able to do it from the list view, selecting a filter for "Access Requests" and then changing all of these articles to lets say "Software". I have not been able to find a good way except going into each article and changing them.
Also, i can't seem to edit the actual category either from the list view.
Other Screenshot
Thanks All

It appears you might be trying to update the records from a related list. Try navigating to Knowledge > Articles > All and then setting the filter from the main list menu. You can also access this list by typing kb_knowledge.list into the filter navigator and pressing enter.
Let me know if it works from this view.

Brett,
I would create a filter for the current category you want to update and then right click on any of the column headers and select update all. This should allow you to set a category and any other information you would like to set. Note that all fields will show blank but it will only update the fields you edit. The other fields will retain their information.
