Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams app is missing!!

Hello All,

We have MS Teams integrated into ServiceNow for major incident management and have noticed that the ServiceNow Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams app is no longer visible in MS Teams.  I looked for it in the ServiceNow app store to restore it to Teams but its no longer there either.  Can anyone please tell me how to get this application back?? Urgent help needed!!!

I do not see 'Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams' in the Plugins list. As Admin, go to System Definition -> Plugins and Filter using "Microsoft Teams".  but when I click "Find in store", and search I do find it. See screen shot:

Scroll down, there are System Requirements.  You may need to create a Support Case for assistance.

If I were to reconnect the ServiceNow instance to the same Microsoft Tenant (the same step performed during the integration) would that reinstall the application in Teams?

I am not able to see details or communication tab in conference call like how you did there in your meeting. Any idea what could be missing

I can't answer that. If you can see that application as I did, click on the 'View Products' link to see where you get that app. As I said, you may need to create a Support case for assistance.
