@ mention for Assignment groups

Hello All,

we currently have an issue with @ mention it's populating results of colleagues and customers I have been informed its due to how our instance was set-up ''basically Zero Domain Separation''

I wanted to know if there is a way it can be adapted to tag an assignment group as only our CSM team are using @ mentions.

Bit confused. So basically you want to limit the @ mention feature to only few assignment groups?

sorry for the confusion, in our current setup when I at mention someone it's yielding all the wrong people due to the amount of same names and the volume of users. I want to be able to setup at mention so that one group can use the functionality does this make sense?
