@Mentioned not working

Hi All,

I am adding the @username under the comments section after saving that. It is not triggering any email,

And i have set the Notification(Activity Stream @Mention Email) to True.

Can anyone please help with possibilities why the email is not generating?

Is this not working for all users? for all task types/tables?

I have tested for few users it is not working in rare cases it is working.

I.e., it worked for one user and if tried to tag him again it is not working.

Check if they disabled their email notification preferences in user Preferences.

If it is working for some users and not working for others, then the reason would be from users side.

The mentions are working fine.
