Mentors can add other mentors to a Journey

Hi everybody, 

I need mentors to be able to add other mentors in the journey. I know that the role 'Modifier [sn_jny.writer]' can work for this, but the issue is that this role gives access to all the journeys. How can I restrict access so that they can only add mentors?
