Meta search is not working in service portal

Hi,

I have added Meta data to catalog item with comma separated values. Meta data is policy, new, request.

I have checked AI search is enabled in instance.But for other catalog item Meta is working fine.

How can I resolve this issue?

It might be because of glide.ts.max_wildcard_expansion property.

refer the below support article and try: (clear system cache or log out and login after this).
