MetricBase Connection Failed - Cloud Management - ServiceNow

Hi Team,

 

We are trying to download Billing data from AWS and the download is indeed successful. However, when I click on test connection it pops up this error:

We Checked the Metric base Configuration connection state:
It fails.

We checked the stats:

It says NO_ENDPOINT.

This is a personal developer instance. We are trying to populate Cloud Insights.

Nothing is populated and there are a lot of errors popping up.

10th Month shows an error as there is no billing data available there. But 11th Month Billing data is downloaded.
ServiceNow automatically downloads the previous month's data as well to collect data for at least 30 days.
All reports for rightsizing, insights, etc.. are failing.

 

Can someone help me with how a MID Server is configured? The document says to contact a ServiceNow Personnel to install the Metric Base Server. 
I am working on a POC.

I'm having the same issues here on my personal instance.

I have tried to follow this article here, but no success so far.

Likewise, if I find any solution I will let you know.

We are still stuck at the same error too.
