MFA Authentication Issue with PDI

Hi
I'm unable to log into my PDI using MFA. I kept getting an error message saying the code was incorrect. I deleted my dev instance from the authenticator app but now I can't add it back or use the email verification option as it shows a different error message. Is there a ServiceNow Support request I can submit for this? Or has anyone had luck with a fix?

Hi @Yessi
This has been a known issue for the last 2-3 days. The solution is simple: logout from the developer site, then log in again and try to validate MFA. Please try this and share your feedback.

Hi @Yessi ,
The only thing I can do to get it to work is close the browser tab, go to developer.servicenow.com, sign in there again, then click the Build on Dev <Anytime> button.
When a new tab opens and I use the authenticator, it works again.
