its google authenticator ....i lost the account.

Hi @patilabhilash ,
Did lost the Google account or the authenticator app?
If it's the authenticator app you can reinstall it and login with the Google account it will store all the registered accounts(otps)
If you've lost the Google account
Try the second option FID02 option
If still having issue of you try resetting the password in the developer site
Else you may have to wipe your instance or release it
If you have any other admin account/password in in your instance use it are turn off/on the MFA on the admin account

Did you try reinstalling the app and reconfiguring MFA, as I mentioned in the earlier thread? If it’s still not working, it might be better to reset the instance." @patilabhilash
