You need to Software Asset Workspace>License Operation>Direct Integration>New.

Select Microsoft 365(if option is not getting you need to install plugins

• Microsoft: com.snc.samp.microsoft
• SaaS platforms: com.sn_sam_saas
• Integration: com.sn_sam_saas_int)

Get the below details form Infrastructure Team

Client Id

Tenant name or Id

Client secret

enter the below details and check code for 200(if not you infra team need to give access refer below link)

You need to run the Scheduled Job for Microsoft to fetch the data form Microsoft 365.
