@Sruthi12 - How to reset MFA via ServiceNow Developer Portal (Most Common Fix)
This Personal Developer Instance, you must reset MFA from the developer portal.
Step 1: Go to Developer Portal
--> https://developer.servicenow.com
Login there (this usually does NOT require your instance MFA).
Step 2: Manage Your Instance
Click your profile (top right)
Click Manage
Under Instances
Click your instance name
Click “Request Reset” OR “Reset Instance”
--> Important:
A reset will restore instance to default state
Customizations may be removed if not committed to update sets
After reset: Please follow the steps to check.
1. MFA will be cleared
2. You can login again
3. Reconfigure Microsoft Authenticator
