I am trying to implement a scenario. Whenever a microsoft form is submitted, data should be send to my personal email. That email is authenticated to servicenow also so that i can get that email in servicenow and then using inbound email i want it to get into incident table.
So now. the problem is, i can see all my old emails which are in my gmail are coming to servicenow mailbox except Microsoft office email. Can anyone please help me to solve this issue?

I had a similar experience during my training. I used my Gmail ID, and all my emails were visible in the PDI. I immediately reset my PDI so that all data was cleared, since it’s a PDI and the data could potentially be misused elsewhere.

I’m not saying the data was leaked or misused, but since it’s in a PDI, it’s better to reset it as soon as possible.
