Microsoft Teams alert when a ticket's MTTR reaches 90%, categorized by tone and purpose

HI all,

 

We want to integrate Microsoft Teams with ServiceNow to automatically send an alert message to the assigned analyst when the MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) reaches 90%. This proactive notification will help the analyst take timely action, reducing the risk of MTTR breaches and improving overall SLA compliance.

 

Any suggestions how to implement this?
