Hi All,
A Teams icon should be displayed next to the Opened by / Requested by field on the Incident form.
When a fulfiller clicks the icon, it should open Microsoft Teams and automatically populate a chat message with:
Incident Number
Short Description
Last Comment
Please Note we do not need external plugin for this.
Any suggestions guys how to approach this.
