Microsoft Translator issue

I am trying to integrate Microsoft Translator with my service now (PDI). I am facing issue, while translate. 

"Credentials are missing or invalid. Contact your administrator."

I have configured API keys and enabled Microsoft Translator. But Still i am facing this issue

the Microsoft Bing AI translator has been going through a lot of bugs lately thus I've been using an external text to speech AI for now. The accuracy in TTS is unexpectedly low too
