Our platform is "on-prem" and we are on the Washington, Patch-5 release.
My ISSO is seeing numerous 401 errors related to the MID Server's use of the Guest user. Since each of our MID servers are using a user account, and are communicating to the ECC via AMB, why would a MID server use the Guest Account? What scenarios would cause the MID servers to use a Guest User account?
I am also showing the Guest user account to be intentionally locked-out in our user table. Is this locked "Guest User" account the same one that the MID servers are using? Or is there another "behind-the-scenes" and "under-the-hood" Guest User account being used by the MID servers?
