Hi All,
The strange thing I notice in our mid serevr is from morning 9AM to evening 6PM I am getting the authentication failure issue but the mid server is up.
When I check the logs I am getting "Basic authentication failed for user:XXXXX". Also in that time the midserver status is showing up but when try to test any rest message I am getting "No response for ECC message request after waiting for 30 seconds in ECC Queue"
After 6PM and before morning 9AM the mid server is up and running fine and all the integrations are working fine as usual
Cannot judge what's wrong here.
Can someone advice please
Thanks

Hi
without any more investigations in your instance, it is difficult to understand your issue.
Two reasons I can imagine: During the non-business hours any heavy jobs are performed (Imports, Discovery etc.) on the MID Server or any SOAP or REST requests are not answered. Please see the following two articles:

Hi
In case you think I was able to answer your question, I would be happy if you mark the appropriate response as "correct" so that the question will appear as resolved for other users who may have a similar question in the future.
If not, please tell me what you are still missing!
Many thanks & kind regards
