Migrating 1000+ reports from x-instance to y-instance

Hello team, I need to migrate 1000+ reports from x instance to y instance with filter active true. Please help me with the possible ways of doing it. Thanks in advance.

1. Please check is all 1000+ reports are actually in used now? maybe 20-30% reports are no longer need in new instance. 

2. You can see what are most commonly used reports.
