MIM Workbench communication task not getting triggered

HI Team

I have created communication plan definition For MIM Workbench and  have put condition as shown below

But it is not getting attached after i promote incident to major incident and accept that as a major incident

Please help me how can i fix this issue

I would suggest checking the out-of-the-box (OOTB) communication plan and comparing it with your current plan to identify what’s missing.

I checked with OOB communication plan but that is also not working

When you say it's "not working," what exactly do you mean?
Did you try triggering the communication via the Workbench?

Not working means, if you can see on the SS which i have attached above there i have put condition like severity is 1 or major incident status is "accepted" so if these condition matched the communication plan get added on the MIM workbench under communication tab but that is not happening, the communication task is black as shown in Screen shot attached above.
