1. create user in sys_user table.
2. once created, in the related list (groups), click on edit.
3. select all the groups and move it to right bucket and click save, you can also select all groups in one go using filters at top.

Hello @nameisnani
Are you creating a new User Profile on PDI or your client instance?
If it is on PDI then you can follow the steps provided in the below docs to create the user:-
And then follow the steps provided by Raghav regarding the adding of groups and roles.
If it is on a client instance the genrally the User would be created automatically if you are using LDAP and the again follow the steps provided by Raghav regarding the adding of groups and roles.
Please mark my answer as correct based on Impact.

Once you create a new user in "sys_user" table. In the related list, add the user to all these groups. The access will be mirrored as the roles are inherited from group in servicenow as best practices.
Please mark the answer correct/helpful accordingly.

Hi @nameisnani,
As Raghav mentioned, create user and add these groups to that user from groups related lists.
Thanks,
