Missing attachments for incoming emails in Servicenow

I am not getting attachments for incoming emails in service now. Please let me know if there is anything I am missing.

Can you determine if attachments are getting nuked every single time, or just sometimes?
Do you have anything in the com.glide.attachment.max_size property?
Any custom business rules on the sys_attachment table?
Anything in the logs immediately after a test case?
Anything that deals with sys_attachment table in the inbound email action script?

Hi
For my security operation module, the emails come from Splunk fine and create an incident but if there is an attachment on the email, that does not get attached, even thought it does show it in the log that the attachment came thru. It just does not show the attachment to the security incident, but the incident shows fine, Any help would be appreciated.

We found the issue there is some other Inbound action which is routing attachments to some other table. Thanks.
