missing multi row variable set data in the TASK and RITM ticket in washington version

we have recently upgraded from utah to wasshington version, the multi row variable set data was missing the TASK and RITM ticket. In service portal we can add the multi row variable se information without any issue and as soon as the RITM and TASK ticket is created it is missing and can't been seen anymore.
I do need help because we have quite a lot of service catalog is using multi row variables set feature.
