Missing Save button on widget option schema modal

The save button has disappeared on our widget options modal.  Does anyone know how to get this button to appear?

I doubt that it is a UI Action, but who knows...

If you go to the Widget Instance in the backend, do you still have the ability to save it from there?

The Save button is also gone from there but I can right click and save:

Then you may be right it is the UI Action.

Check the Save UI Actions for that table. Was there any change for the form UI Action?
Maybe an adjusted condition?
