Hello , can some one tell me how can i open service portal on mobile app - i have recently activated it by the help of someone here through browser , but when i put the innstance in mobile app i am getting an error . "failed to validate the mobile plugin "

through mobile app it is not accessible
myinstance.service-now.com/sp
i put this instance and it is not working .

can it opens directly from now classic ? or any other app ?
i cannot login with the service portal instance right ?

yes it is servicenow classic app.

no screen shot i can provide dear because it doesnt rediredt irectly , i have to click first service portal it will only open the app .
and if i put the instance name end with /sp an error shows , if it is working with u can u show me please ?
